For privacy, support, access, correction or deletion requests, use the contact form and include the email tied to your account. We verify account ownership before acting. Business registration details and a dedicated support address will be added before paid services begin.

Free early access

Creating a FutureSpace account is free. The launch includes up to two AI-generated spaces per account and up to five generation attempts per space, subject to reasonable service capacity. A floor plan and overall dimensions are required for generation; photos, business name and logo are optional. No payment card is requested. We may change or end the free pilot prospectively, with notice on this page before introducing any charge. Existing work will not be charged without an explicit purchase flow.

What the product produces

The system interprets a floor plan, dimensions and optional reference photos into an editable conceptual 3D scene. AI can misread complex geometry, scale, entrances, rooms and furnishings. You must compare the result against the original plan and may request corrections within the free generation allowance. The example scenes are templates. Day and night views and simulated visitors are illustrations, not evidence of real occupancy, demand or sales. PDF exports are presentations, not measured drawings. Availability and successful generation are not guaranteed.

Do not use the output for construction, structural or safety decisions, permits, accessibility, fire or health compliance, valuation, a lease commitment or exact procurement. Confirm site dimensions and requirements with qualified professionals.

Account and acceptable use

You provide a username, email and password and are responsible for keeping your credentials private. Passwords are stored as one-way salted verifiers, not readable text. A private recovery key is shown once at signup and can be replaced while signed in. Anyone with that key and your username or email can reset your password, so store it separately in a password manager. We do not currently send recovery emails; losing both your password and key may make automated recovery impossible. We can limit abusive automated use and may remove material that violates these terms.

Only upload plans, photos and branding you own or are authorized to use. Do not upload sensitive personal records, faces, confidential third-party material or content that infringes others’ rights. Do not present an illustrative render as a photograph of completed work or misrepresent projected activity as actual footfall.

Information we collect and why

Account identifiers, login timestamps, hashed password and recovery credentials, and revocable session records to provide and secure your account.
Floor plans, optional images and logos, dimensions, instructions, saved briefs, projects, edits and AI generation status to provide the requested design.
Feedback linked to your account and optional project, support and interest enquiries, plus internal review status to improve the service and respond to you.
First-party usage events, anonymous browser session IDs and AI token/cost records to measure use, investigate failures and control free-pilot spending. Counts may include repeat visits; no third-party advertising pixel is installed.

Required session cookies keep you signed in. Browser session IDs support first-party analytics. We do not sell your personal data or use your uploaded plans as public examples without permission. Do not include secrets or private details in feedback that you do not want the founder to review.

AI processing and service providers

We use Sites hosting with Cloudflare-backed database and file storage. When you check the generation consent box, your selected floor plan, dimensions, instructions and optional photos are sent to OpenAI for model interpretation. Uploaded content may be processed outside your country. The logo is stored for rendering, not included in the plan interpretation request. AI responses are requested for deletion after collection; provider security retention may still apply. Avoid uploading highly sensitive material. You can choose not to submit a brief.

Sharing, retention and your choices

Your account projects and source uploads are private to your account and authorized service operators. A presentation link can be opened by anyone holding its token; it exposes the visual design and any included name or logo, while excluding private financial notes and original reference files. You can replace or revoke a share link. Exports leave the service and are your responsibility to manage. We keep account content and feedback during early access until you request deletion or a published retention schedule replaces this policy. A deletion request may require identity checks, and limited records may be retained when needed for security or lawful obligations. Ask through the contact form for a copy, correction or deletion; include relevant project or feedback references. We do not promise instant deletion from technical backups.

Changes and contact

Material changes to these terms will be dated here. Continued use after a change is posted means you accept the new terms; stop using the service and request deletion if you disagree. For support, privacy or service complaints, use the contact form. The service is an early access pilot and no paid checkout is active.
